Patrick Walker has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the staffing industry.  He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Transcend Solutions.  Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions beginning with Technical Recruiting through Executive Leadership.  Patrick has excelled at bringing innovative solutions to all facets of the Recruiting, Sales and Operations life cycle.    

Mr. Walker has developed a reputation for building high-performance organizations and developing/growing long-term client and employee focused relationships.  He is a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.  Customers include start-up organizations through Fortune 100 companies.  He is comfortable in all environments and has a proven and successful track record. 

Mark has more than 25 years of experience recruiting Technical & Professional personnel for small to large companies in the U.S. and Canada. Mark currently serves as the Managing Partner & Director of Recruiting for Transcend Solutions. In his tenure he has been responsible for deploying over ten thousand employees into companies across North America. Mark has extensive knowledge in all aspects of recruiting including; team building, people management & development, diversity & inclusion, customer service, candidate attraction & sourcing strategies, building pipelines for difficult to find talent and onboarding. Mark leads and coordinates his recruiting team’s delivery against customer staffing levels and prioritizes recruiting resources to projects in alignment with division goals and customer growth strategies. In his spare time, he coaches High School Boys Basketball, enjoys playing board games, movies and spending time with his family.
