Patrick Walker has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the staffing industry. He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Transcend Solutions. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of positions beginning with Technical Recruiting through Executive Leadership. Patrick has excelled at bringing innovative solutions to all facets of the Recruiting, Sales and Operations life cycle.
Mr. Walker has developed a reputation for building high-performance organizations and developing/growing long-term client and employee focused relationships. He is a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. Customers include start-up organizations through Fortune 100 companies. He is comfortable in all environments and has a proven and successful track record.
Managing Partner & Director of Recruiting
Tiffanie has more than 16 years of experience recruiting technical personnel for top companies in the U.S. and successfully managing large teams of recruiters. She currently serves as Managing Partner and Director of Recruiting for Transcend Solutions. She has successfully placed candidates in companies small to large-sized and brings a solution-focused approach with a high rate of delivery success.
Tiffanie has extensive experience in all aspects of recruiting including diversity, people management, and development, customer service and negotiations. She has executed business strategies to increase recruiter effectiveness, improve client relationships, and overall success of the process.
She is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Mike offers over 15 years of professional leadership experience in the fortune 100 environments. His background includes management, business development, training, and staffing within the Technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors.
Mike has established industry credibility through his transparent approach, personalized customer service, and passion for matching talented people to great organizations. Problem solving, adaptability, dependability, combined with excellent interpersonal skills have awarded Mike with several years of “Presidents Award” recognition. Mike’s experience and proven track record of success allows him to deliver in all aspects of the recruitment process.
